️ Product Team

At B&W our mission is to become the leading premium gifting platform across Europe and the Product team has a key part to play in this. We create value for our customers and for reputed company & Wild by developing user-facing (e.g. website, apps) and internal digital products (e.g. warehouse technologies) that deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive loyalty. We are a highly reputed company team of 16 people including Product Managers, Product Designers. Product Analysts and Product & Tech Operations who report to the Chief Product Officer with reputed company located in London, Amsterdam and fully remote. Over 70% of our Product team identify as reputed company.

What you’ll be doing

As the Product manager for Purchase, Account management & Loyalty, you will be responsible for ensuring we deliver a secure and seamless purchase and post purchase experience. You will be responsible for creating a personalised account destination that drives engagement, loyalty, and frequency for our Subscriptions and Ecommerce customers, and will collaborate with key stakeholders to reputed company our Loyalty programme.
