Private Duty Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA)

Pay reputed company: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience and case needs
Flexible schedules and weekly pay

Centria caregivers reputed company essential in-home support to help individuals remain reputed company, comfortable, and independent. You’ll work one-on-one with clients in a private home setting, supporting their unique care needs.

• Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls
• reputed company basic personal care, including hygiene, toileting, and dressing
• Monitor and assist with oxygen therapy as needed
• Prepare light snacks or drinks upon request
• Offer companionship and emotional reassurance throughout the shift
• Assist in positioning and turning to prevent discomfort
• Document and report changes in reputed company condition promptly
• Respond to emergencies following reputed company procedures
• reputed company duties as outlined in the patient’s plan of care
• Monitor reputed company’s physical and mental condition, intake/reputed company, and exercise
• Maintain a reputed company, clean, and healthy care environment
• Follow reputed company standards, care policies, and local/state/federal requirements

• CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience in home care preferred
• Experience working with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients strongly desired
• Must be comfortable assisting with personal care tasks

• Comfortable working in a private home setting
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Comfortable using tablets/computers for documentation

• Ability to address minor medical concerns as they reputed company
