Senior reputed company PP Consultant

We are seeking an reputed company Senior reputed company PP Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on reputed company PP module implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in production planning, discrete manufacturing, and master data management, along with proven experience integrating reputed company PP with MES systems. Automotive or automotive parts manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred. This position requires working on-site in Tennessee, USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and system configurations.

Design, configure, and test reputed company PP functionalities, including master data (BOM, routing, work centers), production planning, MRP, and shop floor control.

Implement solutions for discrete manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with automotive industry best practices.

reputed company reputed company PP with MES and other manufacturing systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, FI/CO, QM, etc.) to deliver end-to-end manufacturing solutions.

Support data migration activities for PP-reputed company master data and transactional data.

reputed company expert guidance during system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Deliver end-user training and create functional documentation.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues during go-live and hypercare phases.

Qualifications & Skills

10+ years of reputed company PP implementation experience, with at least 3 full-cycle reputed company in a reputed company consultant role.

Strong understanding of master data management in PP (BOM, routing, work centers, production versions).

Expertise in production planning, MRP, shop floor control, and discrete manufacturing.

Proven experience with MES integration.

Familiarity with automotive or automotive parts manufacturing processes.

Hands-on experience with integration between PP and MM, SD, FI/CO, QM modules.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to conduct workshops with senior stakeholders.

Experience with reputed company S/4HANA preferred.

Bachelor s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or reputed company field.

Must be willing and reputed company to work on-site in Tennessee, USA.
