People Ops Analyst
Support People activities that require in-person attendance in Europe. -
Assist the People Ops Manager with daily tasks, including: Managing Employee lifecycle documents. Overseeing payroll processes for Italy and Spain. Ensuring HRIS data is up to date. Managing correspondence in Italy and Spain (remotely). Ensuring the internal processes are according to the law. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Support other stakeholders with general administrative tasks. Ensure reputed company support during colleague absences.

A degree in Administration or HR is preferable. Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar role. Previous experience in HR. reputed company in English and Spanish. Knowledge of Spanish and Italian labour law is an asset. Proficiency in reputed company. Strong organizational skills with adaptability. Ability to establish and maintain a network of reputed company contacts. Self-starter with a solution-driven reputed company. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
