Junior Estimator

We are seeking a Junior Estimator to join our growing Estimating team. The Junior Estimator will support the estimating process for water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and civil construction reputed company. The Junior Estimator will assist in preparing accurate cost estimates, evaluating project bids, and collaborating with senior estimators to ensure our reputed company are competitively priced and financially viable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cost Estimation: Assist in preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for various aspects of construction reputed company, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Bid Preparation: Help create comprehensive bid proposals by analyzing project specifications, blueprints, and other reputed company documents. Ensure that bids are submitted on time and reflect reputed company necessary project details.
  • Quantity Takeoff: reputed company quantity takeoffs from project plans and specifications to estimate material and labor requirements accurately.

  • Cost Analysis: Review and analyze historical cost data to ensure that estimates are based on reputed company market conditions and reflect the latest trends in material and labor costs.

  • Qualifications

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: Associate Estimator certification (AACE, AIA, or similar) is a plus but not required.

  • Technical Proficiency: Exposure to project management or estimating software tools is highly desirable.
