Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in evaluating and improving internal workflows and systems

• Help integrate platforms like GoHighLevel, Office Ally, and Monday.com

• Support communications with our billing company and track deliverables

• Help document SOPs and internal processes

• Assist with hiring logistics and onboarding support

• Collaborate with marketing team to build campaigns and monitor performance

• Look for ways to streamline day-to-day clinic operations

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in operations or admin roles (internships count!)

• Familiarity with CRM or project tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)

• Tech-curious with a desire to learn automation and workflow tools

• Great communication and organizational skills

• Eager to grow within a fast-paced, healthcare-oriented environment
