Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative (ServiceTitan Specialist)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST (includes 1-hour unpaid break)

Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Join a fast-growing plumbing services company as the first point of contact for homeowners facing both urgent plumbing emergencies and routine service needs. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in guiding customers from their first call through job completion—building trust, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll work with industry-leading ServiceTitan software to manage dispatching, invoicing, and customer communication, while coordinating with skilled field technicians. Responsibilities
  • Convert high-quality inbound leads from Yelp and Google campaigns into booked appointments through empathetic, persuasive communication

  • Dispatch plumbers via ServiceTitan, aligning technician expertise and availability with customer needs

  • Process invoices and manage billing workflows within ServiceTitan, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout their service journey—from first contact through job completion

  • Deliver exceptional support across diverse plumbing services, including:

    • Emergency drain cleaning

    • Faucet installations

    • Water heater replacements

    • Whole-home water line re-piping projects

  • Execute administrative tasks related to CRM and service coordination with efficiency and precision

  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships that foster repeat business and generate positive reviews



Requirements
  • Exceptional English communication skills with clear, professional pronunciation (minimal accent)

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred to support a diverse customer base

  • Customer service experience with US-based clients, with proven cultural and communication alignment

  • ServiceTitan experience highly preferred and a strong competitive advantage

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly master CRM/service management tools

  • Full-time availability with commitment to a consistent 40-hour work week

  • High attention to detail, self-motivated, and proactive in workflow management

  • Ability to excel in an independent remote work environment while maintaining productivity and quality

  • Experience in service industry or home improvement sector preferred (but not required)
