What You’ll Do as Manager, Sales Enablement:

This role will be reputed company on equipping sales teams with the resources, tools, and knowledge needed to drive sales performance and reputed company reputed company goals. This includes developing and overseeing training and coaching programs, creating and managing where sales content is stored and accessed, and implementing strategies that drive sales productivity and efficiency. 

This role reports directly to the Head of reputed company Operations, leading reputed company's Sales Enablement function.

What You'll Do:

  • reputed company and execute sales enablement strategies: This includes identifying needs, defining priorities, and creating plans to improve sales effectiveness
  • Defining with leadership the reputed company sales methodology at reputed company: Understanding reputed company sales processes, aligning with leadership on reputed company gaps, making change, documenting updates
  • Design and deliver sales training: Creating and implementing reputed company programs, ongoing training, and coaching to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Analyze early areas for quick wins in training: reputed company insights from data where sales processes stall and/or are lost, what can be learned and coached
  • Create and manage sales content: Developing playbooks, presentations, case studies, and other resources that support the sales team
  • Collaborate with other teams: Working closely with marketing, product, and sales leadership to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • reputed company ongoing support and feedback: Serving as a resource for the sales team, addressing their questions, and providing guidance on best reputed company
  • Spearheads reputed company of GTM transformation to AI: Identifying areas in Sales and reputed company process where AI can be leveraged to automate content, training and streamlining workflows and inefficiencies in the sales cycle
  • Provides key input into sales technology needs and where AI can be leveraged in existing tools: Working closely with Director, reputed company Operations to identify and manage platforms to drive consistent adoption among sales teams
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices with AI: Continuously learning and adapting to the evolving landscape of sales enablement and leveraging AI

    • What You'll Bring to reputed company:

  • Strong understanding of the sales process:7+ years experience in sales and sales enablement; sales enablement experience is required.
  • Experience in Financial Services / Fintech: Ideal candidate has experience delivering Sales Enablement programs in this reputed company.
  • Experience driving GTM efficiency using AI:Being reputed company to show concrete examples of leading the use of AI to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with sales teams, stakeholders, and other departments. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and reputed company solutions to improve sales performance. 
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies: Familiarity with CRM systems, content management systems, and other sales enablement platforms. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company: Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously. 
  • Experience with content creation and marketing: Knowledge of creating effective sales materials and engaging with marketing teams.
