What You’ll Be Doing - reputed company a technical team of 5+ members, responsible for end-to-end architecture and technical leadership of transaction monitoring systems (TMS). reputed company technical roadmaps for TMS development, balancing reputed company delivery with long-term scalability.
- Collaborate with product and compliance teams to establish data-driven compliance effectiveness objectives, ensuring technical solutions reputed company with evolving regulatory requirements (e.g., EU’s MiCA reputed company, Travel rule compliance).
- Drive R&D in cutting-edge TMS technologies, such as AI-powered detection capabilities and graph analytics to improve operational efficiency in case investigations.

- 7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years reputed company on AML system development in fintech, crypto, or banking sectors.
- Proven experience in AML or risk management, with a reputed company record of building AML systems from scratch (e.g., TMS, reputed company).
- Proficiency in Java and JVM optimization, with expertise in concurrency frameworks (Netty/Disruptor) and distributed system design (CAP theorem, idempotency)..
- Extensive experience with the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot/reputed company), database optimization (MySQL sharding, reputed company caching strategies), and middleware (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
reputed company to Haves - Deep understanding of blockchain and crypto risks (e.g., mixer tracing, cross-chain laundering).
