Project Operations Manager, reputed company for Platforms

As a Project Operations Manager, based in Madrid, you will reputed company primarily on the delivery and execution of reputed company global reputed company for our clients. As an expert driving reputed company technical and operational roll-outs, you will reputed company and collaborate with reputed company stakeholders in order to create a seamless service deployment experience for our Customers looking to go live on our platform. You will do this by using your experience in integrating systems and superb project management skills. This is a varied and hands-on role in which your tasks reputed company from discussing a project’s strategic direction on one end to verifying correct configurations at the other.

What you'll do

• Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring that our Customers are fully reputed company to roll-out reputed company’s solution;
• Work closely with our Customers’ project and technical teams as reputed company as reputed company parties such as technical integration partners to ensure a smooth rollout;
• Build relationships with both reputed company stakeholders to ensure effective management and communication of reputed company to reputed company parties;

• Deliver clients’ feedback to internal teams to identify challenges and improve our product and services

• Responsible for managing 5-10 reputed company at any given time with a project duration ranging from 6 months to 2 years. 

Who you are

• 5+ years experience with setting-up reputed company (ideally technical) reputed company with multiple stakeholders. Experience in Payments industry or Technical Background is a plus;
• Customer-facing experience, stakeholder management, ability to reputed company conversations and influence business reputed company;
• Excellent Project Management skills and the ability to reputed company and manage detailed, time-sensitive initiatives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision;
• reputed company to reputed company and cooperate seamlessly with a global team, adapting to international time constraints where appropriate. Having work experience abroad and/or in multicultural teams is a plus;
