Spanish Bilingual Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

We're hiring a data-driven Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help scale our outbound engine. You’ll be responsible for crafting and optimizing email campaigns, sorting and cleansing data, building lead lists, and using automation tools to increase reach and efficiency. You’ll work hand-in-hand with sales to fill the funnel with high-quality leads.
This is a hands-on, tactical role with a strong emphasis on CRM hygiene, list accuracy, and outbound automation. You’ll need to be as comfortable in Salesforce and spreadsheets as you are writing a killer subject line.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Automation
Plan, execute, and optimize outbound B2B email campaigns and nurture sequences
Use tools like Clay, Apollo, or HubSpot to personalize and automate outreach
Design split tests (A/B/C) to improve open/click/reply rates
Segment lists based on ICP, engagement level, and lead score
Build and maintain automated workflows for follow-ups and re-engagement
Data Management & Lead Gen
Scrape, filter, sort, and clean data from multiple sources to ensure lead quality
Use Clay, Google Sheets, and enrichment tools to build verified lead lists
Maintain CRM and campaign data hygiene in Salesforce
Monitor bounce rates and ensure compliance with deliverability best practices
Support enrichment of ICP definitions through data analysis
Sales Alignment
Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead targeting and qualification
Build dashboards to track lead conversion, MQL to SQL flow, and pipeline velocity
Requirements
Must-Have
2+ years in outbound marketing, lead generation, or sales ops
Experience with Salesforce for campaign tracking and lead management
Strong proficiency in tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, or Outreach
Ability to sort and cleanse data using Google Sheets, Excel, or similar
Understanding of outbound automation workflows and CRM integrations
Excellent writing and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a love for clean data
Experience targeting SMBs or brick-and-mortar businesses
Nice-to-Have
Experience targeting SMBs or brick-and-mortar businesses
Familiarity with enrichment APIs (e.g., Clearbit, clay Dropcontact)
Light scripting or Zapier/Make experience for automation chaining
