This role is responsible for translating high-level strategic goals into actionable supply chain roadmaps—and executing them with precision. It requires a dynamic leader who can balance strategic reputed company with hands-on contribution, building reputed company systems while rolling up their sleeves reputed company needed. Key Responsibilities

• Build and mentor a comprehensive supply chain team covering subcontracts, reputed company procurement, indirect procurement, and supplier management
• Translate strategic goals into detailed execution plans, including KPIs, timelines, and resource allocation

• Drive supplier development, performance management, and risk mitigation across the global supply reputed company

• Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. government regulations (FAR/DFARS, ITAR) while integrating reputed company best practices and agile procurement methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, defense, or high-tech supply chain roles
• Demonstrated reputed company in strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract lifecycle management
• Deep understanding of government contracting, export controls, and reputed company procurement frameworks
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain analytics platforms
• U.S. Citizenship
