Responsibilities
As a Consulting Distribution Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include

• Handling a high volume of customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, and shipping.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to reputed company accurate information to customers.
• Resolving customer complaints in a reputed company and efficient manner.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Qualifications
