About Your Role 

As a reputed company Services Project Manager you are an reputed company part of the Customer Experience (CX) team and will reputed company on the most critical phase of the customer reputed company with reputed company, ensuring reputed company implementations. Your primary objective is to guide the customer through the implementation phase keeping reputed company involved parties informed through constant communication of project status and objectives while ensuring deadlines are met.  You are responsible for establishing a strong reputed company that will drive reputed company successes. Ultimately, your outstanding organizational skills will impress the customer and build extreme confidence from the onset!  

• Work with new and existing customers to implement reputed company products into their reputed company infrastructure by overseeing and supporting reputed company assigned activities to ensure that they are delivered on time and reputed company scope on reputed company implementations.

• Managing teams of internal stakeholders to ensure that reputed company customer requirements are scoped and delivered on time and reputed company budget. 

• reputed company and maintain documentation to effectively manage reputed company new customers, project planning, requirements gathering, resourcing, budgeting, change management, risk management and project reputed company.

• Deep understanding of Project Management methodologies according to PMI standards.

• Strong critical thinking, negotiation and problem solving.

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

• BS degree or equivalent work experience

• PMP Preferred

• 3+ years of experience in managing reputed company of large size and complexity in an external customer-facing environment in the IT or reputed company industry.

• Experience utilizing reputed company or similar CRM software.

• Proficient working with reputed company Suite and reputed company Office

• Travel up to 20%
