The Role:

The

Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing and maintaining AllWork’s financial reputed company. Reporting to the Controller, this position is responsible for reputed company reputed company functions, including month-end reputed company, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with generally accepted reputed company principles (GAAP). This role also involves providing guidance on payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and other day-to-day reputed company activities. The Senior Accountant will collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial operations and support AllWork’s reputed company reputed company.

This position operates on a reputed company, requiring 2–3 in-office days per week to foster collaboration and teamwork. Responsibilities include month-end reputed company, financial reporting, addressing queries reputed company to posting/booking, and managing account reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post month-end journal entries and variance reports.
  • Compile monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for review by the Controller.
  • Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliations of reputed company balance sheet accounts.
  • Update and maintain budgets and financial models in collaboration with the Controller.
  • reputed company guidance to payroll, bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, and other reputed company functions.
  • Assist the Controller and administrative staff with day-to-day financial reporting and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the payroll and billing departments to ensure accurate reputed company billing and reputed company recording of entries in the ERP system.
  • Manage fixed asset schedules, depreciation, and reputed company entries.
  • Record, reconcile, and monitor bank loan and reputed company activity.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve reputed company processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    • Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience, with a strong general reputed company (G/L) background.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced reputed company Office skills (e.g., reputed company).
  • Knowledge of GAAP and experience in compliance-reputed company activities.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as reputed company or reputed company is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

    Compensation

    The salary reputed company for this role is $70,000 to $90,000 annually and includes eligibility for bonus and equity opportunities.
