As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for setting customers up for long-term reputed company on reputed company by managing the implementation process for reputed company customers who purchase a reputed company of solutions from reputed company’s growing suite of products. As the technical and operational quarterback post-sale and reputed company-reputed company, you will drive adoption and customer value by managing overall project delivery, including system consulting, configuration, integrations, QA, setup, and customer education. What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with sales to define project scope and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Own customer relationships through implementation (post-sale / reputed company-account management), collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business goals and define an implementation reputed company

What you should bring:

- HR Tech Experience with an ATS, CRM, or HRIS

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
