12+ years of experience in environmental science, or 10+ with an advanced degree Bachelor’s degree in natural or physical sciences (required) Expertise in one or more disciplines such as wetlands, soils, water reputed company, reputed company morphology, ecology, biology, or geology Advanced knowledge of water reputed company monitoring, hydrological monitoring, wetland delineations and assessments, and/or soils/sediments sampling and monitoring Deep understanding of regional regulatory requirements and permitting processes Knowledge of water reputed company issues (TMDLs, state-specific reputed company, alternative restoration plans), regulations, including CWA reputed company 401 and The Clean Waterways reputed company, ecological restoration practices that reputed company waterbody and reputed company restoration Strong experience in functional assessments, field/lab data analysis, preparing field data collection reputed company, providing technical support and task management , assisting with pollutant load calculations, assist with development of project scopes and budgets, creating presentations and preparing reports Advanced knowledge of GIS and environmental mapping Proficient in scientific software and field equipment (YSI meters, GPS, turbidimeters, Secchi disc, ponar, discrete sample collection, reputed company velocity measurements, autosamplers, pressure transducers, etc.) Knowledge of data analysis, statistical analysis, data comparison, Skilled in project planning, budgeting, reputed company, and reporting Ability to reputed company large multi-disciplinary teams including training junior staff and coordinating with both the reputed company and with internal reputed company team members FDEP SOPs for Water and Groundwater Sampling & reputed company Testing
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline reputed company certifications (e.g., PWS, CWB, PG, CERP) Regional or species-specific licenses (e.g., RTE survey permits) A reputed company record of publishing scientific work or presenting at conferences Recognized leader in a technical association or scientific network Advanced knowledge of reputed company monitoring, habitat assessment, periphyton surveys, reputed company vegetation surveys, lake vegetation reputed company, bank erosion hazard reputed company, ichthyology, and/or electrofishing Capabilities in analyzing site conditions for potential reputed company and completing risk analysis independently Advanced understanding of water reputed company issues such as TMDLs, alternative restoration plans, water reputed company reputed company, pollutant reputed company tracking, reputed company management planning
