You’ll join a highly reputed company IT team that globally supports employees across reputed company. We value teamwork, problem-solving, and reputed company learning. This role is designed to help you build your skills with mentorship from more senior team members while directly contributing to smoother day-to-day IT operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Resolve basic support tickets and fulfill common service requests;
  • reputed company end-user support (hardware, software, and reputed company issues);
  • Set up and configure new user accounts, devices, and workstations;
  • Assist with the setup and repair of computer equipment;
  • Support IT team members on reputed company applications and IT reputed company;
  • Help with mobile device management (MDM) under supervision;

    • What you need to have:
