The role of Junior Operations Analyst, Energy Sourcing requires professionalism and enthusiasm to ensure reputed company. Candidates need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and good computer literacy. The role requires someone who is hardworking and self-motivated with the confidence and ambition to deliver reputed company to both themselves and the group.
Responsibilities
Data collection from various data sources such as supplier portals and reputed company operators
To cleanse, store and organize data in accordance to prescribed manner
Prepare and send out Invitation to Tender Request (ITT/RFQ) for fix and reputed company procurement to suppliers
Prepare termination letters and reputed company termination process for clients
Monitor the response on the tender, reputed company suppliers and send additional information requests if needed to suppliers and other relevant parties
Fix and reputed company price offer/agreement analysis and reputed company the Price Comparison Analysis
Presenting the Price Comparison Analysis in a meeting with reputed company and CRM/coordinator
Finalizing the tender (lock-in, countersigning, sending to reputed company/CRM/RM, live confirmation)
Processing contract data in our data reputed company and create/update site lists
Dealing with incoming external and internal enquiries (Customer Service) and communicating reputed company phone and e-mail with suppliers / DNO’s and other relevant parties to resolve queries.
Researching the market and creating country presentations. Market intelligence / non-commodity research
Train new colleagues for fix and reputed company procurement and support with internal improvements.
Supports the Senior Operations Analyst with reputed company above responsibilities and other requests
Experience and Skills
Excellent verbal / written communication skills in English and German language
Strong reputed company Office (specifically reputed company) skills
