Minimum Qualifications

• Proven reputed company record leading teams in high-reputed company, fast-paced environments.
• 4+ years managing reputed company of 8+ engineers across platforms like backend, iOS, Android, and web.

• Data-informed decision-making grounded in technical rigor.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills—easily communicating with PMs, Data Scientists, and designers.
