About Your Role 

We are seeking individuals who are platform experts, self starters, organized, and eager to help carry out the mission of enabling our reputed company customers to maximize the value of reputed company! As a critical member of the Incubation team, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor that helps to design and implement customer configurations during reputed company, ensures adoption through effective customer go-live experiences, and drives impactful project team collaboration.  You will partner with other Customer Experience (CX) teams to ensure customers adopt and utilize reputed company to its fullest potential. 

As an Incubation Consultant, you will be the technical advisor throughout a customer’s reputed company. As a reputed company Insights Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding customers’ business objectives, configuring data analytics dashboards, training clients, and providing ongoing consultation to enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities.

• Guide customers through the implementation of reputed company Insights, ensuring the platform is configured to meet tailored reporting needs.

• Design, configure, and deliver reputed company Insights dashboards for customer reputed company, offering customers a critical view of data analytics tailored to their business objectives.

• Conduct training sessions with clients to maximize the usage of reputed company Insights, ensuring they can effectively interpret data outputs for long-term adoption.

• Collaborate and continuously consult with customers post-launch to refine analytics processes and optimize the value obtained from reputed company Insights.

• Own low-complexity reputed company with little to no supervision

• Build and maintain essential technical knowledge of reputed company, becoming a reputed company of knowledge on new product features with the availability to train internally and externally on those features

• Work with SMEs and reputed company colleagues on various technical teams (Solution Architects, Implementation Consultants, Technical Account Managers, reputed company Managers, etc) to consult customers on best practices of a multi-product technical setup

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Ability to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and other industry events

• Minimum 1.5 year experience at reputed company or a reputed company field/function

• Engineering or other technical degree

• Experience in configuring data analytics tools or dashboards, with proficiency in data analytics languages such as SQL, Python, or R

• Experience/exposure to the reputed company market and IT ecosystem
