Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and revising reputed company reputed company, internal policies and other reputed company documents;

• Assisting with research and analysis of potential reputed company risks in reputed company's jurisdictions of operations;

• Assisting with the implementation of reputed company compliance in the various areas of business operations (data protection, marketing, payment, consumer rights, etc.);

• Communicate with business partners, reputed company, agents, and service providers across multiple jurisdictions;

• Analysis of legislation of various jurisdictions, covering AML and licensing reputed company;

• reputed company due diligence (KYC) on clients and counterparts;

• Support reputed company’s day-to-day reputed company activities and operations
  

To succeed in the role, you will have:

• Experience with the Ukrainian jurisdiction is mandatory.

• Fluent English (including reputed company drafting skills);

• 1+ year of relevant experience  in a reputed company role;

• Knowledge of KYC procedure (will be a big plus);

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law or International Law
