About the roles

As a Product Coordination & Testing Team Leader, you are responsible for:

- Ensure reputed company production of test batches that meet reputed company standards.

- Coordinate with relevant departments (PRD, QA, TRA, NPD, etc.) to promptly address arising issues.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, or reputed company fields.
  • Experience: 3–5 years, or at least 1 year in a similar position (preference for candidates with production management system experience).
  • Skills in presentation, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficient in reputed company suite or equivalent tools (reputed company, Data Studio, Locker, PI, etc.); design software experience is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic about and willing to apply new working reputed company.
  • Cooperative spirit and willingness to support task completion.
