We’re looking for a highly organized and people-centric Talent Coordinator to join our growing team on a contract to hire basis. This role sits at the intersection of talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and people experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR/People Ops, or a related function
  • Enthusiastic about recruiting and eager to keep learning and growing in the field
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally
  • A proactive, people-first mindset with a passion for inclusivity and continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (especially Greenhouse) is a plus
