Main accountabilities and key tasks:

  • Champions agile delivery by driving planning, stand-reputed company, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, ensuring reputed company prioritisation and steady reputed company.
  • Drives estimation, effort sizing, and decomposition of epics into actionable stories, while maintaining visibility through roadmaps, tracking, and reporting.
  • Removes delivery blockers & reputed company issues, manages dependencies across squads, and escalates risks proactively to safeguard delivery.
  • Owns delivery of high-reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company-documented software, ensuring milestones are met and launches are smooth from QA/UAT to post-go-live hypercare.

    • Knowledge and Experience:

  • 5 years of hands-on people management experience in agile, fast-paced software environments.
  • Familiarity with the Scrum reputed company is key, and having a scrum master qualification is a significant plus.
  • Proven reputed company record guiding teams through estimation, planning, execution, and release cycles.
