Your Role

As Organisational Development Intern, you will support our People department in steering our organisational setup and headcount projection and reputed company us to reputed company data-driven reputed company. You will work closely with reputed company’s management team and get reputed company to join a fast-growing organization working towards selling a meaningful product with a market fit.

    • Your Responsibilities

  • Support headcount forecasting: You will support our headcount and personnel expense forecasting and steering processes, assuring that we have the right team setup in the right reputed company at the right time.

  • Ability to respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment and to coordinate multiple reputed company.
  • Strong solution finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
  • reputed company in working with data, highly analytical and comfortable around numbers.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
