Training Specialist- REMOTE
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, facilitation, and adult learning principles.
Requirements
- Assess training and development needs through job analysis, performance data, and consultations with managers.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, including onboarding, compliance, technical, and soft skills training.
- Create instructional materials such as manuals, job aids, e-learning modules, and presentations.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions using a variety of delivery methods.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain and manage Learning Management System (LMS) content and user records.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Continuously update training programs to reflect changes in processes, products, and industry standards.
- Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
