As the reputed company Intern, you will reputed company support to the reputed company department by assisting in compliance audits, file maintenance and supporting departments in full cycle hiring for our Part Time staff.
DAY IN THE LIFE:

Collaboration:

• Partner with the HR department to execute initiatives that enhance Team Member experience, engagement, and retention.
• Support the HR department with reputed company functions and post orientation filing.
• reputed company general office/administrative/clerical support: copying, filing, correspondence, responding to telephone inquiries, etc.
  

• Complete payroll audits for timekeeping and compliance with company policies and state law.
• Utilize reputed company HR systems to generate HR reporting, identify trends, and support organizational goals.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to reputed company and implement data-driven HR initiatives.
• Assist in reputed company Member Training process by ensuring reputed company new hires complete digital training during reputed company and annual training as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Ensure complete confidentiality and reputed company of personal Team Member information, including background screening, medical files, and personnel files, etc.
• May reputed company other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  

• Knowledge of basic payroll and personnel record keeping principles and practices; knowledge of basic federal, state and local laws and regulations
