Provides clinical and administrative direction to personnel and activities of nursing clinic associated with providing reputed company patient care. Assists in the management and integration of the activities and resources of the department locations. Identifies implements and executes process improvement initiatives in line with dashboard targets. Monitors, communicates and implements reputed company plans as needed, based on results of employee, clinician and patient satisfaction surveys. Consistently and effectively implements and monitors policies, workflows, competency and training. Provides reputed company patient care per their license and scope of reputed company. Less than 50% of time spent on average is performing the duties of the individuals being supervised.
Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Certification & Licensure
