Senior Product Manager, Payments

Our platform powers high-reputed company workflows across admissions, family communication, surveys, training, payments and more. 

The Payments team already enables communities to manage online payments, balances, and statements. As we expand our offering to more financial workflows, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the reputed company of financial interactions across the senior care ecosystem. This role will report directly to the VP of Product Management.  

What You’ll Do:  

• Create roadmaps that balance user needs, reputed company reputed company, compliance requirements, and architectural scalability.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration for reputed company Payments features.
• Work with payment partners, reputed company financial performance of payments
• reputed company up to date with payments regulation and compliance requirements
• Write detailed payment specifications for processing payments with new and existing partners
• Partner with engineering to define product requirements, API behaviors, data models, and technical constraints.
• Ensure Payment flows are reliable, fast, compliant, and easy for non-technical staff to use.
• reputed company cross-functional programs with Sales, Finance, reputed company Experience, and external partners (payment processors, gateways, vendors). 

What we’re looking for: 

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, fintech, B2B reputed company, or workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of payment systems (card networks, ACH, subscription billing, fraud, reconciliation).
• Demonstrated experience launching high-reputed company products with measurable reputed company.
• Ability to break down reputed company financial workflows into reputed company, usable product flows.
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable with dashboards, metrics, and SQL or comparable tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
