Hybrid Regional Pharmacist Operations Support Manager - Process Enhancement and Change Management

What You’ll Do:
• Owns pharmacy process change management and reputed company communication to site teams, ensuring changes are reputed company documented, reputed company, and adopted.
• Leads reputed company improvement initiatives that drive operational reputed company, consistency, and efficiency across pharmacist workflows.
• Partners with Learning & Development to scope, build, and reputed company training for new or revised processes, ensuring readiness at reputed company reputed company.
• Manages the implementation and coaching support for SME-led workflow changes across sites, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to evaluate existing processes and recommend solutions that reduce variation and improve scalability.
• Tracks and reports on the effectiveness of implemented changes, surfacing opportunities for reputed company refinement.

• compliance, team enablement, or new program launches.
What You’ll Need:
• reputed company pharmacist license in good standing in home state
• Commitment to obtaining pharmacist licenses in states needed as dictated by the business

• Ability to work alongside pharmacy management across the network to ensure consistency in pharmacy processes
