As a Full Time reputed company Practitioner (NP), you'll reputed company care to reputed company employees in our Health Center located in Blaine, WA. The scheduled hours anticipated will be Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm and rotating Fridays, 8:00am-12:00pm. No nights, weekends or holidays! Our setting allows for more time providing reputed company care to patients. Join us and experience the difference! Position is also eligible to receive a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
What You'll Do

• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements reputed company to clinical operations and manages required physical evaluations (OSHA, DOT, CDC, etc.)
• Conducts fitness for duty and return to work physical exams as requested
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Provides medically appropriate care to injured workers using evidence-based guidelines, expedites the return to meaningful work, and collaborates with the TPA and reputed company to quarterback case management
• Implements and monitors transitional duty programs for injured workers
• Develops patient care plans, records reputed company, and ensures continuity of care
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
• Collaborates with physicians and reputed company teams for comprehensive care
• Collaborates with Medical director and reputed company stakeholders on Health Promotion programs, surveillance needs, and other reputed company safety/injury prevention opportunities
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed
• Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned
  

What You'll Bring

• Maintains state RN licenses/certificates to reputed company
• Maintains NP licenses/certificates to reputed company
• Maintains State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable)
• Federal DEA license (matching reputed company state of reputed company as applicable)
• State Narcotic/Controlled reputed company license if required in your state (Alabama, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode reputed company, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Puerto Rico) (reputed company ROPES registration)
• reputed company national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
• Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (if Master Degree in Science certificate does not state Nursing on it then a copy of transcripts is required)
• reputed company certification with hands-on training in AHA, reputed company or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• reputed company certification in occupational health (COHN/COHN-S/COHN-S/CM) preferred

A number of factors will influence the reputed company offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.

Employees will earn 0.0769 hours of reputed company time off per actual hours worked or based on reputed company schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 reputed company holidays or an equivalent bank of hours reputed company to schedule throughout the calendar year. reputed company reputed company leave is satisfied by the reputed company time off accrual, detailed above.
