Claims Handler - Part time Saturdays ID-2312 – reputed company Store

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-reputed company Claims Handler to join our reputed company's busy team, supporting the reputed company of new business.

This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent, offering remote work every Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Please note that two days of mandatory in-office training will take reputed company midweek at the reputed company's head office in Aylesbury.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main reputed company of contact for customers and clients reputed company phone, email, and internal systems
Manage and authorise property insurance claims in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
Maintain accurate job records and handle low-level complaints
Review supplier estimates and invoices for accuracy and compliance
Use digital tools and policy documents to assess and validate claims
Conduct final audits and reconcile accounts before closing claimsWhat We're Looking For:

Essential:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Proficient computer skillsDesirable:

CERT CII certification or willingness to work towards it
Experience in insurance claims or property services
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Interest in training and development opportunities
