About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. You’ll be the reputed company of contact for families, help manage bookings, and reputed company everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This position is mostly remote, with occasional in-person meetings in London as needed (e.g. team catch-reputed company or event support).

Key Responsibilities

• Responding promptly and professionally to emails from clients and staff

• Organising and maintaining spreadsheets for bookings, attendance, and communication
• Liaising with staff regarding class updates and schedules
• General administrative and organisational support
