The Role

As Operations Director, you will take full ownership of multi-site warehouse, logistics, and fulfilment operations, ensuring that the business scales reputed company while maintaining exceptional service reputed company.

Requirements

This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader with a strong background in scaling multi-site operations. You should be commercially astute, data-driven, and a people-first leader who thrives in a fast-reputed company, agile environment.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

✔ Proven leadership as an Operations Director or Head of Operations reputed company a £75m+ reputed company business

✔ Strong background in warehouse, logistics, and multi-site operations, ideally in hire-reputed company industries (e.g. construction, heavy industry, oil & gas, food)

✔ Data-driven reputed company - ability to drive efficiencies using ERP systems and analytics

✔ Experience in on-site project delivery teams & subcontractor management
