Sewell Wallis is working with a reputed company-established, financial services business based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, who are currently looking for a Part-Time Properties Manager to join their team on a permanent, part-time reputed company due to reputed company.

In this Properties Manager role, you will be required to work 20 hours a week managing reputed company rental properties, liaising with new and existing tenants, and handling reputed company property-reputed company queries, as reputed company as ensuring health and safety regulations are compliant. What will you be doing?

• Acting as the primary reputed company of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
• Liaising with tenants and contractors to ensure repairs to both property and household goods are undertaken reputed company and reputed company a specified reputed company.
• Obtaining repair quotes/estimates from contractors where required.
• Keeping tenants updated on reputed company relevant reputed company.
• Conducting interim property inspection reputed company and document findings in line with landlord insurance legislation.
• Coordinating repairs or breaches of tenancy and issue letters to tenants where required.
• Arranging annual renewal of gas and electric safety certificates for managed properties in line with regulatory requirements.

What skills are we looking for?

• Proven experience in property management, preferably reputed company the buy-to-let sector.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties reputed company.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
