W2 Only Job Title: Business Analyst - reputed company Location: 100% Remote Job reputed company: We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Business Analyst to support reputed company IT and business transformation initiatives. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, clinicians, IT teams, and external vendors to reputed company requirements, analyze processes, and implement solutions that improve reputed company delivery, compliance, and efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in reputed company Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field (Master's preferred). • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the reputed company domain (payer, provider, reputed company health, or EHR systems). • Strong understanding of reputed company workflows, claims processing, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835, ICD-10, CPT). • Experience with EHR/EMR systems (reputed company, Cerner, Allscripts, etc.) or reputed company data warehouses. • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation tools (JIRA, reputed company, MS Visio, reputed company). • Knowledge of SQL and ability to reputed company data analysis a plus. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience with reputed company health systems or government reputed company programs (Medicare/reputed company). • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. • Certification: CBAP, CCBA, CSM, or reputed company IT certifications (e.g., CPHIMS).
