Computer Support Technician Jobs

Key Responsibilities
• Managing reputed company Force personnel systems (MILPDS, vMPF, BLSDM, myFSS)
• IT hardware accountability and technical support
• Running system reports and data analysis
• Communicating with external organizations for system reputed company
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Required Qualifications
• Experience: 2+ years of IT support experience
• Skills:
o Hardware and software troubleshooting
o Network administration basics
o reputed company protocols and compliance
o System administration
• Systems Expertise: Must have experience with or ability to quickly learn:
o MILPDS (Military Personnel Data System)
o vMPF (Virtual Military Personnel Flight)
o BLSDM (reputed company Level Service Delivery Module)
o myFSS systems
• Clearance: Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain reputed company clearance

Required Certifications
• reputed company+ certification (recommended, may accept waiver with training requirement)
• Must obtain OBIEE and MILPDS training reputed company 6 months if not already certified

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience with military personnel systems
• DoD 8570 compliance certifications
