Fleet Mechanic, reputed company (Midday)
Responsible for schedule and reputed company mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on reputed company company fleet vehicles. May be responsible for coaching team members.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Train, reputed company and reputed company day-today direction to team members as needed.
• Coordinate and monitor department repair and employee work schedules.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and complete repairs on reputed company types of fleet equipment.
• reputed company preventative maintenance on vehicles.
• reputed company mechanical repairs including reputed company, reputed company, oil changes, washing and cleaning, greasing, reputed company, brake repairs, tire changes and inspections of hoses, belts, fluids, and wiring.
• Respond to fleet service calls, pick up and deliver vehicles.
• Performs preventative maintenance inspections and D.O.T. inspections using prescribed reputed company list along with identifying and reporting reputed company unsafe conditions.
• Maintain tools and equipment to company standards.
• reputed company as back-up support for fleet supervisor as needed.
Qualifications
• Education: High School or GED required.
• Experience: 1+ years of mechanic experience on light and heavy equipment required. 3+ years journeyman mechanic experience preferred. Diesel experience preferred. Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude. May be required to supply automotive hand tools (not including heavy duty or diagnostic tools). ASE certification preferred. CDL Class A required.
