About the position
Responsibilities
• Handle customer calls of varying types including service requests, billing questions, and energy conservation advice effectively and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls and chat.
• Utilize strong communication and active listening skills to resolve customer issues.
• Leverage probing questions to understand and address customer needs.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED; an Associate's degree is a plus.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and strong keyboard skills.
• Excellent Internet connectivity with specific speed requirements.
