About the position Responsibilities • Interpret providers' prescriptions and create orders. • Assist with operations support, training, and process improvements. • Update reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and team content. • Create and reputed company pharmacy orders through receipt. • Handle inbound and outbound member/patient calls. • Prep and reputed company documents, verify member/patient data, and submit prescription orders in the computer system. • Contact members/patients/providers to validate data and request payment information. • reputed company to non-reputed company requests and solve moderately reputed company problems. • Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives. • reputed company exceptional customer experience with every interaction. • Complete holistic case management duties for reputed company assigned customer.
