Senior UI/UX Designer
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our innovative HealthTech reputed company that is revolutionizing personalized reputed company delivery. You'll play a crucial role in designing reputed company, accessible, and engaging user experiences that help millions of users reputed company their health and wellness goals through our comprehensive digital ecosystem.
As a senior member of our design team, you'll support/reputed company the design of reputed company user journeys across our mobile applications, web platform, and telehealth interfaces, ensuring seamless experiences that build trust and drive meaningful health reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership
- reputed company end-to-end design processes for mobile-first reputed company applications and web platforms
- Create user-centered design solutions that balance business objectives with user needs and regulatory requirements

User Experience Design
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design reputed company

Mobile & Cross-Platform Design

- Optimize user interfaces for accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards)

Innovation & Prototyping

- Rapidly prototype new concepts and features using modern design and development tools

- Contribute to design innovation initiatives and experimental product features

Requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company UI/UX design experience with a reputed company on mobile applications
- Proven reputed company record designing consumer-facing mobile applications, preferably in a start-up or reputed company established innovative company
- Expert-level proficiency in reputed company for design systems, prototyping, and team collaboration
- Advanced skills in reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile-first design thinking and reputed company problem-solving
Technical Capabilities
- Experience with design systems and component-based design approaches
- Understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines and platform conventions
