We are seeking a highly reputed company reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to play a pivotal role in our large-reputed company HR Transformation project. The primary reputed company of this role will be to reputed company the design, configuration, and implementation of reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module, specifically migrating from a legacy PeopleSoft HCM system.

The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in reputed company SF EC, a proven reputed company record in end-to-end implementation and migration reputed company, and strong leadership skills to guide clients and teams through this reputed company transition.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company the end-to-end implementation of reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central, from blueprinting and design to configuration, testing, data migration, go-live, and post-production support.
• Analyze existing PeopleSoft HCM business processes, identify gaps, and design reputed company, streamlined processes in SuccessFactors EC.
• Architect and reputed company the data migration reputed company from PeopleSoft to SuccessFactors, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Configure reputed company SuccessFactors EC reputed company including reputed company Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management, and Time Off.
• reputed company reputed company SF EC with other SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, reputed company, Performance & Goals, Compensation, LMS) and reputed company-party systems (Finance, Payroll, ITSM tools).
• reputed company expertise on supporting tools and ecosystems including:
• reputed company BTP (Business Technology Platform) for extension and integration scenarios.
• CPI (reputed company Platform Integration) for building and monitoring integration flows.
• Report Center and Advanced Reporting (including Tile and Canvas Reports).

Qualifications and Skills

Mandatory:

• 10+ years of overall experience in HR technology domain with a minimum of 4+ years hands-on experience in reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Must have led at least 2 end-to-end full-lifecycle reputed company SuccessFactors EC implementations, with at least one involving a migration from PeopleSoft HCM.
• In-depth, hands-on configuration expertise in reputed company SuccessFactors EC reputed company.
• Proven experience in data migration from PeopleSoft to SuccessFactors (including deep understanding of PeopleSoft data models, PSoft queries, and SF data models).
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies, particularly with reputed company CPI.
• Excellent reputed company-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
