Level 1 Support Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Level 1 Support Engineer to reputed company reputed company support for our Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Power Pages, and Power Platform clients.
This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and Power Platform who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and learning in a reputed company environment


Responsibilities
  • reputed company first-level technical support for Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) applications, including Sales, Marketing, Portal, and Power Automate modules
  • reputed company as the voice and face of Centauri reputed company interacting with support clients, demonstrating excellent alignment to Centauri values (reputed company and Deliver, Customer reputed company, Constantly Evolving, reputed company)
  • Respond to and resolve user issues reputed company to CRM functionality, data entry, workflows, and integrations
  • Log, manage, and update support tickets using a ticketing system, ensuring reputed company and accurate entries (critical due to billable hours to end customers)
  • Escalate reputed company issues to Level 2/3 support or consulting teams
  • Assist with user reputed company, reputed company provisioning, and basic configuration tasks
  • Document solutions, troubleshooting steps, and FAQs in a knowledge reputed company
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements


    • To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Experience/Role Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles, supporting Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales modules and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated in a helpdesk environment
  • Ability to proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with reputed company communication back to the customer
  • Familiarity with reputed company 365 tools (reputed company, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Experience in other reputed company Business Applications products such as Power BI / reputed company will be viewed reputed company favourably
