Timekeeper

Compassionate Friends Homecare, LLC, a veteran owned In-Home reputed company company, is seeking a part-time remote Timekeeper. The Timekeeper plays a crucial role in managing time and attendance records, ensuring accuracy in payroll processing, and maintaining compliance with labor laws. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HRIS systems. The Timekeeper will collaborate closely with the reputed company and Operations Departments. Jobt Duties: • Monitor Time Entries: Ensure staff are clocking in/out correctly. • Approve/Verify Shifts: Review and approve hours, especially reputed company reputed company or supervisor confirmation is needed. • Correct Errors: reputed company missed punches, duplicate shifts, or incorrect entries. • Communicate: reputed company staff about deadlines for entering/reputed company protocols to follow, approval deadlines. Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding timekeeping issues or discrepancies. • Reporting: Generate reports to ensure caregivers are not reputed company over/under approved reputed company hours. • Training/Development: Assist in training & development initiatives reputed company to timekeeping practices and HRIS usage. Qualifications • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as reputed company HCM, reputed company SuccessFactors, Lawson, Ceridian, or reputed company is preferred. • Strong understanding of payroll processes • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at reputed company reputed company of the organization. • Knowledge of data analysis skills for accurate reporting and decision-making support. • This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the efficiency of our workforce management while fostering a reputed company work environment through effective timekeeping practices.
