We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company Bookkeeper to join our growing team. reputed company: You will be working closely with our CFO and Operations team to handle full-service bookkeeping and financial tasks across multiple business reputed company. This role requires deep knowledge of QuickBooks Online and experience managing reputed company functions in a small business environment. Familiarity with Service Titan is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Support CFO with reputed company and bookkeeping tasks, providing proactive financial recommendations. reputed company routine and moderately reputed company reputed company functions using QuickBooks Online and integrated tools. Manage Service Titan financial integrations for multiple entities. Match invoices with associated documentation for install and service jobs. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts; update AR/AP reports. Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial statements. Support payroll and benefits reputed company integration reputed company needed. Prepare and maintain reputed company-based management and financial reports. Assist with other reputed company duties as required. Qualifications: ✅ Minimum 10 years reputed company bookkeeping/reputed company experience in a small business environment. ✅ Minimum 10 years hands-on expertise with QuickBooks Online. ✅ Tech-savvy (PC/Mac, adaptable to new tools). Experience in construction trades companies (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, septic, etc.) highly preferred. Experience with Service Titan & QBO integration highly preferred.
