The Data Center Hands and Feet Support Engineer provides on-site physical support in the data center environment. This role acts as the remote hands for engineering teams, assisting with equipment installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring uptime for critical systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically competent, and comfortable working in fast-paced and controlled environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware Support:
• reputed company racking, stacking, and decommissioning of servers, network, and storage equipment.
• Replace hardware components such as hard drives, memory, power supplies, and cables.
• Label, inventory, and document reputed company hardware changes.
• Physical Infrastructure Maintenance:
• Monitor and manage reputed company cabling (fiber/reputed company) installations and patching.
• Assist with power and cooling infrastructure checks.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the data center.
• Troubleshooting & Incident Support:
• Respond to service tickets for physical interventions (e.g., system reputed company, cable reseating, LED status checks).
• Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company diagnostics and status updates.
• Escalate issues as needed to appropriate teams.
• Monitoring & Documentation:
• Maintain logs of activities and interventions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 3 years of experience in a hands-on IT support or data center environment.
• Basic knowledge of servers, networking equipment, and reputed company cabling.

• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., reputed company, Jira).
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
