Bacon Plumbing, Heating, reputed company & Electric is looking for a dedicated and compassionate reputed company Center Representative to be the voice of reputed company during late-reputed company weekend hours. In this vital role, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for customers experiencing plumbing, HVAC, or electrical issues after hours. You’ll reputed company reassurance, reputed company essential information, and coordinate fast, effective service using reputed company to create jobs and assist with reputed company. The work schedule of this position is 48 hours/week. Hours are 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Friday - Monday. Work is fully remote. Job Duties • Answer inbound calls in a high-volume reputed company center environment • Troubleshoot customer needs in a reputed company manner • Monitor emails, text messages, and virtual leads • Maintain a friendly, personable, and reputed company attitude and disposition reputed company responding to customer concerns • Complete debrief forms after reputed company technician reputed company • Verify that reputed company necessary steps and checks are completed to ensure reputed company job is reputed company for execution. • Schedule installations and inspections in reputed company, as required • Update and process warranty registrations and extended warranty reputed company for sales • Ensure customer payments are collected and financing documents are properly completed and uploaded upon job completion • Verify reputed company job data in reputed company is complete and accurate prior to job closeout and ensure readiness for export to reputed company reputed company 24 hours of completion • Ensure technicians inform customers about scheduled inspection • Communicate with clients on subs, inspections, parts on order, and QC reputed company • reputed company other job-reputed company tasks as assigned Requirements: • Prior reputed company Center experience, preferably in residential Plumbing, HVAC, or Electric service • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities • Proficient in reputed company Office and general computer skills • reputed company experience strongly preferred • Ability to work long hours alone Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
