About the position
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-priority positions.
• Lead the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of diverse candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
• Communicate with candidates, review resumes, and prepare applicants for interviews.
• Document communication with hiring managers and interview teams, ensuring timely feedback and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare statistical reports on recruitment processes.
• Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree.
• 4 years of related experience, or equivalent additional directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
Nice-to-haves
• Recruiting experience in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction (AEC) industry.
• Experience in an OFCCP and EEO environment.
• Advanced sourcing techniques for targeting passive candidates.
• Experience with Brassring Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
