Key Responsibilities

- Vehicle Appearance Arrangement: Coordinate with body shops and other stakeholders to ensure that vehicles are repaired to Tesla's high standards, with a focus on maintaining the vehicle's appearance and integrity.
- Tow and CCC Organization Appearance: Liaise with tow truck operators and CCC (Collision Center Certification) organizations to ensure that Tesla's standards are met and that customers receive seamless support.
- Rental Coordination and Handoff: Arrange rental vehicles for customers as needed, ensuring a smooth handoff process and minimizing downtime.
- Vehicle Announcements: Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs, providing timely updates and notifications.
- Material and Supplies Reordering: Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the necessary materials are available to complete repairs efficiently.
- Repair Review and Delivery: Conduct final inspections of repaired vehicles to ensure quality and attention to detail, and coordinate delivery to customers.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree from an accredited institution is required, with a preference for fields related to customer service, business, or communications.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is crucial for success in this role.
